Screen Cornwall are looking for people to take part in Cornwall Games Challenge. This is open to people aged 11-14, or those who work with people aged 11-14.
Draw and design new characters – on your own, at school or at home.
Write story arcs & dialogue for characters - on your own or with friends, at school or at home.
Take part in live online tutorials and group sessions with Mind Feast founder and Game Developer Shaz Yousaf to code new levels and add players into the game.

Tickets for Ctrl Alt Del_ are now available. Ctrl Alt Del_ is a one day summit bringing the tech industry and communities together to explore what an accessible and inclusive future looks like and the role technology and innovation play in getting us there.
Ctrl Alt Del aims to ignite conversations about what inclusion and accessibility looks like and how everyone from students to product owners and start-up founders to big tech companies can do their part.
There are 100 free tickets for students, non-profits, community groups and small start-up founders.
The conference takes place on the 21st of February at Hall for Cornwall, Truro.

The Seed Bed fund from Literature Works is now open.
Seed Bed nurtures, connects and champions community projects that focus on environmental themes explored through literature. The rolling programme combines small grants of up to £500 each with ongoing support.

Festival Producer at RIFT Excursions
Location: Redruth, working across Cornwall
Deadline: 5pm on the 5th of February 2024. The advertised salary is £32,000, pro rata. This is a fixed term role, from March 2024 to March 2025, and the role is 3 days a week.
RIFT are seeking a dynamic and experienced Festival Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of their upcoming theatre festival in September 2024. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable and engaging festival experiences.
Marketing Manager at RIFT Excursions
Location: Redruth, working across Cornwall
Deadline: 5pm on the 5th of February 2024. The advertised salary is £32,000, pro rata. This is a fixed term role, from March 2024 to December 2024, and the role is 3 days a week.
This varied role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase and expand our audiences and grow audience loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns as well as a deep understanding of marketing principles, leadership, communication, and networking skills.
Creative Kernow Administrator at Creative Kernow
Location: Redruth
Deadline: 16th of February 2024. The advertised salary is £23,000. This is a permanent and full time role.
This role is a critical post in in Creative Kernow, a creative industries charity. The post holder will support the CEO, the Creative Kernow board and the wider Creative Kernow staff team in a range of administrative tasks in order to enable the organisation to run effectively. Excellent IT skills and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams and Sharepoint are required.
