This funding scheme offers grants to help develop professional skills and build confidence amongst those working in museums. This funding is open to all Accredited (or Working Towards Accreditation) museums in the South West including National Portfolio Organisations but excluding national museums.

The Historic Houses Foundation is an independent charity which gives grants to help preserve heritage buildings of architectural significance, particularly historic country houses, their gardens and grounds, and the works of art within them.

Health and Wellbeing in Museums Fund from Museums Association
The D’Oyly Carte Charitable Trust provides revenue funding for core operational and project costs for locally-based, grassroots UK registered charities that are providing services to UK communities in the arts: promoting access to the arts for young people, performance development opportunities for those in the early stages of their careers, and charities seeking to engage with young people on the fringes of society.

Grants will enable the development and continuation of ground-breaking health and wellbeing programmes in UK museums during a time of financial crisis and increasing demand for services.

Saltash Studios are looking to build a team of Event Managers to run evening and weekend events including cinema screenings, workshops, markets and workshops.
Fundraiser at Cornwall Heritage Trust
Location: Redruth
Deadline: 8th of May 2025. This role is permanent and can be full time or part time, and the advertised salary is £32,000 pro rata.
Cornwall Heritage Trust are looking for someone to create strategies for sustainable funding, diversify income streams and secure grants to provide multi-year funding and core cost recovery. But more than this, they will work collaboratively with the team and external partners to enable innovative and imaginative projects to happen so that Cornwall’s heritage is preserved and strengthened.
