Creative Kernow are beginning Phase 3 container studios at Krowji, funded by the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Good Growth Programme, which is managed by Cornwall Council and funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Early Career Promoter Fund from PRS Foundation
The new and ambitious Early Career Promoter Fund recognises the vital role independent promoters play in supporting the talent pipeline across England. Grants of up to £3,500 will be available to support a range of activity, including:
The booking, programming and promotion of gigs, concerts, club nights, showcases, tours and other performances
Costs associated with those activities (including venue hire, production, artist and/or DJ fees, crew fees, administration and other related costs)
Capacity building (including mentoring, coaching, shadowing, workshops, masterclasses, and other skill building and networking opportunities)
Other expenditure which helps grantees to programme a diverse range of artists, develop new audiences and build their skills

Administrator at Sterts
Location: Liskeard
Deadline: 27th of May 2024. This is a full time, permanent position. The advertised salary is £26,000.
The administrator is the key person in supporting and enabling the CEO and Creative Director to successfully run Sterts’ Theatre CIC. The post holder will be a good generalist who can undertake lots of different administrative tasks including those related to finance, box office processes, communication and contracting.
Project Assistant at Grays Wharf
Location: Penryn
Deadline: 31st of May 2024. This is a fixed term contract, and the role is part time at 15 hours per week. The advertised salary is £22,000.
As Project Assistant, the post holder will work closely with the Art Centre Penryn core team as they develop the new venue, and with artists and participants across three community engagement projects. Supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, these projects are: Goodbye and Good Luck, Church Records and Women of Cornwall.
Operations Manager at Royal Cornwall Museum
Location: Truro
Deadline: 10th of June. This is a full time, permanent role. The advertised salary is £30,000-£35,000.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the museum, ensuring a safe and inspiring experience for all visitors, staff and volunteers. The post will ensure a high standard of facilities management, health, safety, security and general operational practice, process, and policy. The Operations Manager will support the delivery of the capital development project.
