The Creative Census is closes today!
The Creative Census is the most comprehensive annual research into the creative sector in Cornwall, the results will be used to inform future Creative Manifestos.It provides evidence of the importance of our rural creative economy. Everyone working in the Creative Industries is encouraged to take part in this survey.
This survey will close on the 12th of March 2024, at midnight. Please complete it and share with your networks. Thanks to everyone who has completed it so far!

Museum Estate and Development Fund (MEND) from Arts Council England is now open
This is an open-access capital fund targeted at non-national Accredited museums and local authorities based in England to apply for funding to undertake vital infrastructure and urgent maintenance backlogs which are beyond the scope of day-to-day maintenance budgets.

Deputy Theatre Manager at Hall for Cornwall
Location: Truro
Deadline: 17th of March 2024. This is a full time, permanent role. The advertised salary is £35,000.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Theatre Manager, driving excellence through the whole Welcome Team, ensuring excellent customer care and a well-run, safe and secure front of house. Hall for Cornwall are looking for a candidate with proven experience in customer care and industry knowledge to drive commercial and ancillary sales.
Project Coordinator at MusicAbility Foundation
Location: Penzance
Deadline: 29th of March 2024. This role is for 60 days between April 2024 and March 2025, and the rate of pay is £15-£20 per hour.
The project coordinator is an administrative position supporting the development of MusicAbility Centre, including the sympathetic and sustainable conversion of a fine and historic building into a vibrant centre of music in Penzance.

Apprentice Production Potter at Leach Pottery
Location: St Ives
Deadline: 5th of April 2024. The apprenticeship is offered on an initial 24 month contract, with the view that the post holder will then stay on as a studio production potter. The role is full time, and the rate of pay is national minimum wage.
